In April 2026, Celsys sponsored The Art Department, held in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, and collaborated with Trudy Wenzel, an illustrator and background artist for novels and animation.

At the venue, over 100 creators eagerly participated in the session held by Trudy Wenzel including a live drawing demonstration with Clip Studio Paint and art advice. One of the participants, Bastien Grivet, who is an illustrator and Emmy Award-winning concept artist, commented, “I’ll give Clip Studio Paint a try! You’ve convinced me.”
 

The Art Department is an event that features diverse programs such as artist talks, demonstrations, screenings, portfolio reviews, and to foster interaction between artists in the industry. It continues to grow as a bridge connecting the international creative community, and about 7,000 creators from around the world attended in 2026. The event served as a place where artists could engage in meaningful interaction, with attendees sharing impressions such as, “It’s great to meet other artists with actual time to talk and it’s such a nice setting to learn stuff together.”
