CELSYS, Inc. (the “Company”) supports Kodansha's “Mission: SPACE COMIC,” humanity's first attempt to draw a comic in space. 

This mission utilizes the Kibo paid program (*1) provided by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) for the Japanese Experiment Module “Kibo” on the International Space Station (ISS), and seeks to demonstrate remote drawing in space using the robotic arm installed inside Kibo.

This project is a special initiative by Kodansha leading up to the release of the final volume of the manga Space Brothers, which has been loved by many fans for around 19 years since it was first published. It brings together the efforts of many companies, and the Company is providing technical support with the illustration, comic, webtoon, and animation app Clip Studio Paint.
