Celsys, the developer of the illustration, comic, webtoon, and animation app Clip Studio Paint, collaborates with the manga reading app Mangas.io to exhibit at the Japan Expo 2026, an event dedicated to Japanese culture to be held in Paris, France, from July 9–12, 2026.

Japan Expo is an all-round Japanese culture convention that is held for four days every year in early July. The event is dedicated to more than just manga, anime, and video games, featuring other subjects including martial arts, fashion, music, film, and other Japanese cultural traditions. Many prominent speakers from a variety of backgrounds, including renowned illustrators, popular streamers, and YouTubers also attend the event.
During the four-day event, Clip Studio Paint will be part of the Quartier Manga (Hall 5A, Booth A156) for its fourth edition. Designed by Mangas.io, Europe’s leading manga subscription reading app, the Quartier Manga area will feature a dedicated Clip Studio Paint booth where visitors can discover the application and its features.
At the Clip Studio Paint booth, visitors will have the opportunity to try the application on dedicated tablets, with staff on hand to provide information and guidance.
Other scheduled events include live drawing demonstrations showcasing Clip Studio Paint conducted by numerous manga and comic artists.
