In May 2023, Celsys sponsored Animayo, a short animation film festival in Spain, held by Damian Perea Producciones, the production company for Gran Canaria.
 

At the event, Celsys sponsored a master class lead by concept artist, Bobby Chiu, and gave out Clip Studio Paint (single device) 3 month licenses to the 90 attendees (mainly animation students). 

Animayo is an international animation film festival that supports students and young artists. The festival is attended by instructors, creators, and students with a focus on animation. In 2023, the legendary Disney artist Andreas Deja (animator for The Lion King and more) led a master class that brought a lot of attention to the event.



2023 marks the 18th time the event has been held, and 80 countries participated in the competition of 60 short films in five categories. The number of visitors reached a record high of 20,139 (up 29% from the previous year).
