In April 2025, Celsys sponsored the “Overload Anime & Manga Convention” which was held in the city of Auckland, New Zealand. Winners of the art competition that was held during the event were awarded with Clip Studio Paint. A live drawing by Ilya Kuvshinov, an illustrator and animation director, and demonstrations that used Clip Studio Paint were also held.
 

The Overload Anime & Manga Convention is a festival in New Zealand that celebrates anime and manga culture and is growing in popularity year by year. Taking inspiration from Japan’s Comic Market, it started in 2006 by local independent artists exhibiting. Today, it features a diverse and vibrant program that includes cosplay, contests, performances, and more. It has grown into a large event with overseas guests and with anime and manga merchandise for sale.

During the event, various fanzines were sold and category contests and a cosplay parade were also held. Well-known Japanese manga artist and illustrator Acky Bright, voice actress Yūki Kuwahara, Seattle-based webtoon artist Wendy Martin, and others held Q&A panel discussions.
