Collaboration with Sony's motion production integrated application “XYN Motion Studio”　3D motion data can now be used in Clip Studio Paint

Celsys is cooperating with Sony Corporation to offer 3D motion data distributed by XYN Motion Studio, an integrated application for motion capture. The motion data is available on Clip Studio Assets, the data service operated by Celsys.

By importing 3D motion data from Sony's XYN Motion Studio onto 3D drawing figures and 3D character data in Clip Studio Paint, specific movements such as sitting down on a chair and breakdancing can be used as references for poses and angles. Artists can use a desired pose from the motion data in Clip Studio Paint to help draw tricky angles with ease.

XYN Motion Studio

XYN Motion Studio is an integrated application for motion capture developed by Sony, a solution for 3DCG production. In XYN Motion Studio, motion data captured using “mocopi®” and preset motions provided by Sony can be used to create illustrations, games, animations, and other content.
