Celsys is sponsoring BKK Comics Art Festival #4, a two-week art festival starting from October 14, with the aim of raising brand awareness and attracting new users for illustration, manga, webtoon and animation app Clip Studio Paint at one of the largest art events in Thailand.
During the event, Celsys is holding a special introductory workshop by acclaimed Thai comic artist Adisak “Das” Pongsangpan on using Clip Studio Paint’s tools for comic creation. Das’s comics have received multiple awards, including at the 17th Japan International MANGA Awards in 2023, sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, where it was selected from among entries from 82 countries and regions.

For me, the importance of Clip Studio Paint in terms of storytelling is that its tools allow me to effectively bring my stories to life through visuals, in a way that’s much more efficient and convenient compared to when I worked only on paper.
This program shows that anyone can use Clip Studio Paint to create their own works, and it’s easier to use than many might think.
I’d like to invite artists and anyone interested in using Clip Studio Paint to create comics or manga just like professionals do to join the CSP Workshop at BKKCAF #4.
BCAF is one of the largest art events in Thailand, attracting comic fans and creators from all over the world. In 2024, more than 70,000 attendees joined over the two week festival.
