Exhibiting at Comic Market, the world’s largest fanzine marketplace
Comic Market (Comiket) is the world’s largest fanzine marketplace, organized by the Comic Market Committee. Self-published books in various genres, such as games, manga, and anime, are all available for purchase, and there are also corporate booths and cosplay photo shoot sessions. The event is visited by approximately 300,000 people, with participation by approximately 30,000 creators (circles).
Celsys has been participating in Comic Market since 2002. We exhibit a digital art supplies booth in collaboration with Wacom Co., Ltd., the global developer of graphics tablets, and ELECOM Co., Ltd., which develops, manufactures, and sells IT-related products.
The booths feature demonstrations and sales of Clip Studio Paint, an area for visitors to try out digital drawing on the latest devices, and collaborations with IPs and creators to deepen interactions with existing users as well as potential newcomers to digital art.
We work with a variety of partner companies, IPs, and creators to exhibit and sell tools and devices for creators from partner companies and to plan promotions or limited collaboration packaging for Clip Studio Paint with IPs and creators.
Collaborating with pen tablet and PC manufacturers, we exhibit a wide range of the latest tablets, smartphones, pen tablets, and more. Visitors can experience digital drawing with the latest version of Clip Studio Paint.
We introduce features and techniques on how to use Clip Studio Paint and products from partner companies to digital drawing beginners and creators looking to improve their skills. The booth also sells exclusive bundles, such as Clip Studio Paint and our input device, the Clip Studio Tabmate.
