Celsys exhibited the winning entries of the International Comic/Manga School Contest 2022 at Japan Expo Paris 2022, an all-round Japanese culture convention held in July 2022.

The booth delighted visiting manga fans with displays of this year’s winning works, including kanins’ Grand Prize-winning work, PAGPAG, as well as some entries from previous years’ contests. There was also a high interest in the contest among Expo visitors, many of whom asked about next year’s contest, and how they could participate.



Japan Expo is an all-round Japanese culture convention that is held for four days every year in early July. The event is dedicated to more than just manga, anime, and video games, featuring other subjects including martial arts, fashion, music, film, and other Japanese cultural traditions. Many prominent speakers from a variety of backgrounds, including renowned illustrators, popular streamers, and YouTubers also attend the event. After a three-year hiatus, Japan Expo Paris 2022 attracted more than 200,000 visitors across the four days it was held.
 

We showcased Clip Studio Paint with creator Uulyn, who held a live demonstration at Wacom's booth at Japan Expo, which took place from July 4 to July 7, 2019.
